Project Description
Jacque, The Chalkfather is a portrait of the late Jacque Keith Dubois, who was a fixture in the Pasadena community and an avid chalk artist. Shown smiling with chalk on his hands, this vibrant painting recalls the first time the artist met her soon to be “brother” and long-time friend in front of Pasadena City Hall at the world-famous Pasadena Chalk Festival.
