Exhibition Walkthrough with Metro Art Commissioned Artist Gala Porras-Kim

Join Metro Art commissioned artist Gala Porras-Kim on Saturday, August 12th, for a tour of her exhibition, The weight of a patina of time, at The Fowler Museum at UCLA, next to the future Westwood/UCLA Station.
The artist and The Fowler Museum’s Chief Curator, Matthew H. Robb, will provide a walkthrough of her exhibition, highlighting the artworks that relate to the artists’ Metro commission. Porras-Kim is one of 26 artists/artist teams creating site-specific, integrated artworks for the Westside Purple (D Line) Extension Transit Project.

- Tours offered at 1 and 2:30pm. Each tour lasts approximately one hour.
- Tours and museum entry will be free
