Project Description
Keep Going depicts poet and urban planner Jenise, who, as a local Afro-Latina, represents the cultural intersection of many South LA communities. In a nod to Black vernacular when giving directions , “keep going” or “sigue adelante” warmly encourages viewers to their destination, and affirms that wherever we choose to go, is home.
